Interim Controller (HR Department) - Parttime

Are you an experienced Controller and available untill the end of the year? Then we are looking for you!

The main purpose is to establish a seamless link between HR and Finance in the area of labour costs (administration and planning) and to provide labour cost related reports to HR for various purposes.

Main tasks:

• Interface to Finance
  • Review and submit monthly payroll GL file;
  • Align with Finance on data quality, timeline etc;
  • Manage and facility monthly, quarterly, annual labour cost accruals;
  • Support month end, quarterly, annual statutory report requirements;
  • Support with account reconciliations.
• Budget
  • End to end responsibility for the labour and headcount budget and regular forecasts (for staff in all locations and all assignees included);
  • Responsibility to prepare labour cost and headcount budgets and regular forecasts;
  • Participate on monthly budget/actual review meetings and follow up on all cost related aspects (budget and company wide labour cost budget review meetings).
• Ad hoc reports
  • Support HR organisation with ad hoc labour cost reports as required;
  • Support Audit report requirements (internal and external audits);
  • Support in preparation of all HR reports (e.g. overtime, sick leaves, pension, medical insurances, headcount, general HR costs etc);
  • Support in establishing and maintaining HR Dashboard incl. HR controlling KPIs;
  • Assignee recharge;
  • Manage in alignment with Finance the quarterly recharge process of inbound and outbound assignees;

• Min. 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role (in Finance or HR);
• Full understanding of Finance/Accounting/GL requirements;
• Full understanding of labour cost (actuals, budgeting) requirement;
• Solid understanding of HR core processes and services;
• Superior xls skills, RAET experience are an asset;
• Experience in working in 500 plus employee company required; international and corporate experience are a plus;
• Min. 1-2 days in the office for the first 3 months; potential to reduce this as of month 4.

Gestelde eisen

Min. 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role (in Finance or HR); Full understanding of Finance/Accounting/GL requirements; Full understanding of labour cost (actuals, budgeting) requirement;
